Gregg A. D’Ascanio is a partner of Blackmore Realty Group. Specializing in Tenant Representation, his experience includes commercial property leasing as well as investment and user property sales in the Philadelphia marketplace. Gregg clients have included a number of large national companies as well as many locally based service firms.

Prior to Blackmore Realty Group, Gregg served as Vice President for Fidelity Commercial, a privately owned and managed full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in King of Prussia, PA. During his 7 years with Fidelity Commercial, Gregg completed over 200 transactions totaling more than 1 million square feet.

Prior to Fidelity Commercial Mr. D’Ascanio worked as a leasing associate for O’Neill Properties Group, one of the largest private Real Estate developers in the Philadelphia region. Assignments included Project leasing and Marketing for Millennium Corporate Center, Northbrook Corporate Center, 270 Commerce Drive and Deerfield Corporate Center.

Brian Kash joined Blackmore Realty Group as a Partner in June 2008. Mr. Kash has specialized in the suburban Philadelphia office and industrial markets, concentrating on leasing and sales activities in the Chester County and the northern State of Delaware.Brian is accomplished in both project leasing and tenant representation. He has represented and impressive list of clients from a broad range of sectors including Healthcare, Pharmaceutics, Technology, Law and Media.

Previously, Mr. Kash served as Vice President for Trinity Capital Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage and development company located in Conshohocken. His role included commercial sales and leasing, as well as, identifying acquisition and development opportunities. Mr. Kash began his commercial real estate career at Binswanger in King of Prussia as a Market Specialist and was promoted to Vice President.

Mr. Kash graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Communications and was Captain of the nationally ranked Men’s Lacrosse team. He resides in West Chester, PA with his wife Jennifer.
